I had a fantastic experience at Independent Repir today. Brought my 2013 Prius in for the the first time for an oil change and general maintenance. Within no time I received a call that my car was ready. When I returned and met with Rosa, she showed me the litany of tests/inspections/checkups they did - it was impressive. They even found a nail in a tire and had I patched and ready to go when I showed up. Couldn’t be happier to have a local auto repair shop we know we can trust. Great shop!! Been working with them for over 20 years now, and still satisfied every time.
Pretty run of the mill predatory practices from a mechanics shop. Constantly trying to sell you new brakes/tires way before they need to be replaced. Condescending and "too busy" to answer questions. The work they did for me was done quickly though. Highly recommend doing ample research if you're considering coming here.
