Tom is dishonest. I see lots of reviews about him being honest. No. He did repair my car. However, he told me that the mechanic who replaced my alternator damaged the hoses that caused the problem. When that mechanic called him he said that I was “always lying” and not to tell me he said this. I have an audio recording of the conversation. Prior to 12/13/21 I had never set foot in this shop. I have spoken to the man for maybe a total of 10 minutes. All I did was repeat to the other mechanic exactly what Tom told me. When I asked for the hoses so I could show the other mechanic he pulled two hoses from a box in the shop and told me to take a picture. I assume these were not the actual parts from my car. If you want to hear him spewing his dishonesty to the other mechanic I will gladly share- I just can’t figure out how to do it here. He charged me $290 to replace those two hoses. Or so he says.

This mechanic shop is reasonably priced and they do good work. Had my axle replaced, rear brakes done, and an oil change ... car runs great! Tom is honest and kind. Thanks TYC for bringing me peace of mind by knowing my car is now safe to drive!!!

Tom is a good guy with a skilled team of mechanics. He's honest and reliable.
