Let's see. The service department was very friendly and communicate very well. I had my truck being serviced, and just a coincidence we were also looking for a new car for my wife. The sales men was very friendly and polite but they wouldn't budge or entertain to sale us a vehicle at MSRP. I understand the reason of the mark up but don't think it's necessary. So we called around and the Ford dealership in Hemet will and did sell me a car at MSRP.

2017 ford focus just outside of warranty and never seen a service shop. 38k on Transmission DSG clutch slipping and more and failed test. Over 4,100 dollars to repair and 2 week later. I went to pick up my car today and this is the condition it arrived in. No RESPECT to at least wash the POS ford car before returning it to a paying customer. No good faith or warranty rate. Pathetic. Service guy told me it cost 20 dollars to wash it. After complaining, Kevin did it for free and I tipped the nice kid who took it and washed it. Look at my picture of the blue car and windshield. No way, do I want to drive my car with dirty windows with my kid inside!
