I went to Quality Discount Auto not knowing what to expect. I read all the great reviews before hand and was impressed. But still skeptical due to not knowing the nature of what was wrong with my wife’s car other than it was leaking oil like running sink water. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Rick. He told me to come on in. My wife and I pulled up to be greeted by Rick. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and assuring. We left the car for a day and though we were hoping for something minor, we knew it probably was something major. Rick called me and asked if I could come down and see exactly what he had found to be the problem. I saw it with my own two eyes and dreaded the the outcome of the cost to repair. And to my amazement, Rick tells me my options, it was truly a blessing to hear his words. I went from depressed to feeling as if I hit the Lotto.
