Poway Honda Service Center

I have been going to Poway Honda for all services for my CRV, since we moved to CA in 2020. Their service department is exceptional, the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and considerate about their clients’ time. They keep you informed about timing and services needed, as well accurate cost before starting any additional services or repairs. I personally adore Damian in the service department. He is very friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He has a calmed and happy demeanor that makes it a pleasure to interact with him. As a woman, I often find mechanics and auto-service personnel dismissive or condescending, but not Damian. He treats me with the same respect and professionalism as he would a male customer. OK let me say they say all the right things and are nice to you, but how much do they really care? Took care in for a check up oil change. They checked battery and said it was good. A week later, I'm stranded with a dead battery and no compensation. As far as I'm concerned they checked the box but did not check the battery

The service I received was great! The service advisor was also very helpful and kind. I appreciated that the maintenance service was completed in a timely fashion. I liked that the waiting room was also organized and had refreshments. It was comfortable for me to work remotely from my laptop while waiting for the service to be completed.
