Fix Auto Poway

This is the second time I have taken my car there. We had a miscommunication initially, but it was resolved quickly. I was given updates on status and they also worked around my schedule. I would use them again if needed. I am very happy with the way my vehicle has been fixed.

Wonderful customer service. Viki and Rick are ( each one of them) one of a kind.Very responsible, keeping in touch about the car situation. Got my car back, better and nicer than it was before the accident. I'll recommend you to all my family and friends. Thank you so much!!! Happy New Year!!!

To be clear this is not a review of any work performed at Fix Auto, rather the experience as a whole. After I had a service performed by the business I was unsatisfied with how things were handled. When the business sent me an invitation to leave a review that would only be seen internally (unlike this one, which is public) I completed it as honestly as I felt. Within 15 minutes of hitting the submit button I had received two phone calls from Fix Auto informing me that I have been permanently BANNED for life from the business and they were going to call my insurance company and let them know that I, as a customer was not welcome back, that I was BANNED for life for leaving a negative solicited review. LMAO. Can you get any more small minded and petty? Oh wait - you can by replying to THIS review. Clowns.
