Jorge and his team of collision repair do excellent work and have fixed a few of mine and my family members vehicles. They take pride in their work!

Highly disappointed in quality of customer service and overall repairs done to my Lexus IS250C. Was given a completion date of 10 business days (14 calendar days). On 7th business day I contacted Jorge to check status, was told car repairs went great and car would be ready on agreed upon date. On 10th business day, contacted Jorge and he says car was delayed for 1 more business day, although he did not contact me to advise. On 11th business day I contacted Jorge and he advised he needed another business day, again he did not communicate with me about any issues. On 12th business day (18 calendar days), I contacted Jorge and he told me that my car was completed and ready for pickup. Moments later Jorge calls back and informs my car was not ready for pickup, as he forgot to order my bumper and replace it (first item on my invoice).
