I've used ORR Automotive for 10 years since I moved into their area. I trust these folks to be honest and professional. They give me heads-up on repairs that will be needed in the near future but are not necessary now. They take me home when I leave my car and pick me up when my car is ready. Great shop. My SUV was in the shop for a upper and lower oil leak and Radiator leak. My apartment was August 21. The shop didn't submit the paperwork until 48 hours, I was Without a car for 48 hours, my insurance require you to submit the paperworks before a rental could be Approve. I called the shop numerous time to asked the Receptionist to submit my paperwork, This person made me feel that I was bothering her. ON August 28 I received a text at 4:15 informing me that my vehicle is ready. My vehicle Radiator fluid reservoir was over filled and the oil was a quart low. I informed the receptionist and she was dishonest, Tell me that the technicians was gone for the day and I clearly see them in the shop.
