I brought my 2016 Volkswagen Passat in to Ozzie’s after having a horrible experience with the Coachella Valley Volkswagen dealership!! I purchased my car from this dealership and less than a month of having it in my possession it wouldn’t start. I took it back to the dealership and at first they tried to pass it off as a “faulty battery” even though my car had total power other than the engine not starting. After further engine failure they discovered it was the fuel pump! The dealership tried to quote me $1500 to get it replaced but by that time I didn’t trust them and didn’t want to do anymore business with them! I called up Ozzie’s and spoke with Grant about my situation an was immediately relieved. He was able to cut the cost by $500! I took my car in and it was repaired by the very next day! My car has been running flawlessly. This is now my go-to for all my car needs!!

Took my 96' saab 900s in for maintenance Not only did they fix and diagnose my problems. but were completely honest and kinda bummed out for me that my car consisted of a blown fuse and a bad hose. so a thousand dollar plus job if they wanted to charge me for everything turned into about 500-600$ after maintenance and tune up. Will be returning

Ozzy's automotive is top notch. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. And the prices are fair.
