Both brake lights on my 2002 Honda Odyssey were on all the time. Norm diligently assessed the possible causes and fixed it accordingly. He even took the time to explain in detail of other symptoms I have asked him to evaluate but he has concluded as nonissue at present.

Very excellent auto repair shop After a recommendation from a member of my family I brought in my 2011 BMW X3. Norman immediately scanned the computer and found some issues and we made an appointment . When the car arrived I was quoted a price for the repairs within a day. I authorized the work to be done with a couple more items they found as well as some additional items they found.Andrew and Norman were in constant contact with me during the repair process which took 2 days to complete. Which is more than I can say for the dealers I have dealt with.Some of the repairs were pretty major and they used original BMW parts. I checked around and found their prices were very reasonable. Andrew and Norman were always available to answer any questions I had during the repair. As mentioned before , they always answered the phone or called me right back. When I got the car back , It was washed a running like it should. They also give Military or Auto Club discounts. I will go there for service
