Firestone Complete Auto Care

This is my second time using the shop and both were horrible. The first time I wanted to get new shocks and struts on my car, as well as fix a squeaking belt. When I picked up my car, driving home I noticed the power steering reservoir cap was sitting on my windshield. I also still had the power steering squeal. When I returned the car back to the shop an hour later, they apologize for not putting the cap back on and said the technician failed to properly tighten down the belt pulley. Just two days ago I went in asking them to replace my brake light switch under the brake pedal, Replace my bulbs for my reverse lights and find out why I was getting a thumping noise from my front right tire. When I went to go pick up my car, I had a $421 bill, My rear reverse lightbulbs had not been changed, I was charged for tire rotation and balancing, and they broke the housing to my third brake light on my rear deck. when I asked if the thumping from the tire went away when they did the rotation, the

The one on Tustin as opposed to Chapman is way better in terms of turn around time and attitude. But whatever hahahahahahaha

They lost my oil pan plug and didn't tell me, so they used an old spark plug for the oil plug. Then weeks later I noticed oil leaking from my car. So they quoted me $900 for an oil pan replacement. After a friend referred me to another shop I was told what happened and they replaced my plug for free. I will never go to Firestone again. They just want to inflate their profits and do terrible work.
