My experience at RMC Automotive is always positive. Reggie is so knowledgeable and pleasant as is the receptionist. Even the other customers are pleasant because they know they are in good hands
I was referred to Reggie by my neighbor a few years ago, I was skeptical at first because of my bad experiences with mechanics. Reggie made me feel comfortable as he looked at my vehicle. He explained what was needed before working with quote. Prices are reasonable. I have been back a few more times for other work and my car is still running well. Reggie is very honest, professional and friendly. I will continue to refer this establishment.
Every time I bring my vehicle to RMC, the service is wonderful and prompt. The owner (Reggie) is always available for any questions regarding the service and the Office Manager, Ms. Socorro, is very kind and helpful whenever I come in. I hope to be a long standing customer.
