We were long-time customers of Tony’s but for the last several years we were lured by the car dealerships pushing pre-paid maintenance plans. We now realize they are a rip off that make you go to an uncaring dealer for sub-par service. We are now back to Leonardi’s and immediately appreciate the customer service and quality of care we receive. We learned our lesson!!
I called the shop days before the Labor Day weekend due to an issue with my battery. They were very pleasant and found a way to squeeze me in. Scott kept me informed through the whole process and even arranged to pick me up when my car was ready. Services: Auto battery maintenance, Oil change
Scott and Edgar at the service counter are extremely personable and helpful. I’ve been taking both my cars here since I moved to Novato and have been more than satisfied for all the services we have needed. Would recommend to anybody.
