By far the best Kia service department in the Bay Area…and I’ve been to all of them. Despite being slammed the day before thanksgiving, the service reps were calm, collected and friendly. Not to mention they caught a noise coming from my AC after removing the cabin filter and fixed it free of charge. Can’t say enough good things about these people!

During the pandemic, when car supply was tight, they made me a lease deal so attractive that I got two KIA Niro the same day. Service has been easy to schedule on Saturdays - a win for me.

Recently, my car broke down as I was leaving San Rafael. I alerted them that I was having my car towed in so they could assess the situation. Sharon the manager worked with me and they shuttled me to the Smart Train Station so I could get home to Petaluma. Sharon kept in touch with me by phone and email to let me know about the repairs. I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased the car from another dealership and I was unaware that I was supposed to go there to have the warranty honored. I didn't find out this until later after Sharon had spoken to them about the repairs needed. Through her efforts, I was able to get a waiver to have the repairs done there. Without her assistance I would have been out over a thousand dollars for the repairs. I was able to get the repars done in a timely manner and I was kept informed of the progress every step of the way. I can't thank Sharon and her staff for the excellent customer service which I received. I would recommend
