G and C did a great job repairing my truck. The work was done in a friendly and timely manner. I highly recommend G&C and would use them again. They were recommended by my GF, who also had a very positive experience, so I had high expectations which were met if not exceeded. Avoid this place at all cost. They don't really care about their customers. They are not on time and have a very poor costumer service. I was rear ended and I dropped the car at this body shop. The manager told me that it will take 2 weeks max. to repair the car and he said he is going to give me an update every week which never happened even once. I ended up calling him to get an update. After a week, he said he needs a part (blind spot sensor) which is going to be delivered the following week and he is going to call me and let me know. Again. never happened. I called him and he changed the story and said the part is not available. He hold my car for two months claiming the part is not available. I stopped by, got the part number, came back home and found the part after two calls to dealerships. I called him back and gave him the numbers to place the order for part which was on Friday. We had a small accident in an Audi Q5 and this was one of the closest AAA repair options. They were excellent in communicating all aspects of the claim and what was covered by insurance. Repaired the car quicker than they originally estimated. And I have had no problems with it since being picked up. Quality work had an affordable price, great customer service and really nice people.
