The mechanic, Kevin is honest and nice. But since his wife started working the front desk, the place went downhill. She is impatient, nasty, and certainty does not believe "the customer is always right". I have heard similar complaints from other former customers. She makes it difficult to do business there. My family has been working with Kevin Cadoni for three generations now, and I am eternally grateful still to be able to drive the car I inherited almost a decade ago because of the superior service received at this great shop
