Ethical, fast, and patient customer service with a 'can do' attitude. I showed up on a busy Saturday morning with nothing but photos of my sidewall-punctured tire, asking to buy a wheel and tire. (My car had no spare) After a crash course in wheel size, bolt pattern, and other key points, I left and came back with the whole wheel. An hour later, I left with a new tire, problem solved. Thank you Jorge and everybody at Big O!
Jonathan and Jorge are excellent hosts!!! the time you have to wait for your car they make it more pleasant and give you a first class service, and they explain everything in detail without hidden expenses and you only pay for the service you need. THANKS SO MUCH
