I took my Honda for a brake service to this auto shop. I was under the impression that they’d give me a full service for replacing my brake pads and rotors. Though, they didn’t adjust the parking brake which I thought would have been included. When I brought my car back and asked if they could adjust it for me. The owner helped and brought the tech who worked on my car to tell me why he wouldn’t adjust it. Mentioned to me that it had something to do with the caliper or the shoe. He didn’t seem clear with what he said. At the least, I would want them to adjust it for me. But I guess not. Service: Brakes
