My car repair took about 3 weeks, which seems a bit long, but I admit I have no comparable knowledge. Parts availability might have been part of it. They sent daily automated text updates on repair status. After getting the car back I noticed the hood (which they had replaced) was not aligned well. I phoned; they had me come in the same day and fixed it on the spot. Overall net positive experience.

Our Kia Optima was broken into on 10/1/2022 by a thief on our driveway. Luckily, it was stopped by our good neighbor. The driver side windows were smashed and the steering wheel cover was opened up. It is still sitting in the shop. They claim it is because the parts are not back from Korea. We haven’t seen when the order for the parts were made. It will be 3 months tomorrow since the car was towed to the repair shop.

We took out Lexus LX 470 to ACC Auto Collision in Newark for body repair as my wife had a major collission on our Lexus LX 470. My family was treated warmly, courteously, and professionally at the door by the manager, I think he was Jesse. They repaird the car meticulously and it was ready as they promised for readyness. To my surprises, Came out as a Brand New Car. I love their job done on my car and strongly recommend this place for body repair services!!!
