It is difficult to get an update on my car as they do not answer the phone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! The owner Juan is extremely unprofessional. If you have a car from Karz Plus and they tell you go here BEWARE they will forward your phone calls tell you false information to cover up them procrastinating will tell you they don’t have to tell you anything and won’t tell Karz plus either had to escalate it by calling both Karz Plus’ just to get it solved said he charges for a diagnosis but it says free diagnosis on his sign doesn’t check your car for anything but what you tell him EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED DO NOT GO HERE WILL GOVE YOU RUN AROUND lost my job because of the false information about repair dates HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY Service: General repairs & maintenance

The Owner of Diamante Motors was a very cool dude who got my car fixed under my warranties even thou the place who was supposed to cover it was trying to duck out and not cover it. That place is a great shop and i would definitely recommend them to others and for sure going back when i need repairs.
