This establishment is an example of what business's should be.The owner and his employees are attentive as soon as you enter the establishment.The actual shop,is very busy,but clean and organized.But most important, is the quality of service you receive.We go to MCI Auto Repair,because we have found them to be efficient and trustworthy.Mr.Carrillo and his staff are to commended for their high level of professionalism.

i had a bad experience here. i brought my truck in here for a tune up paid higher than average price. figured ill pay lil more for quality service. Everything seemed good until a few weeks later i started to have a loss of pressure issue. so i took it in and had it "diagnosed" long story short ive brought my truck back 5 times to date with same issue. each time he says its same problem and that he wont charge me to fix it. and each time finds something else new to "fix" and charge me for....so i took my truck to another mechanic certified lic. diesel mechanic and first thing he did was full diagnostic including running a pressure test and instantly found a leak. all the "repairs for this issue was due to a hose and not my fuel injectors and battery and valves and sensors that MCI was claiming to be the issue. the thing that bothered me also was the difficulty to get him on the phone after my truck was there for days and i hadnt heard back. i would drive by and could see my truck was pa
