Left the bumper crooked the first time. After showing it to them they took it back, took it apart, BROUGHT IT BACK WORSE, entire bumper, had a big gap between the hood, the fender benders, and the bumper. I was rudely spoken to by the manager, Mike. It was the last hour of the day on a Friday, and it seemed as if they were just rush to get out. He made rude comments, i.e., “ we can bring another Mercedes here and compare apples to apples! (with irritability and his tone of voice, sarcastic, laughter and facial expressions that were clearly obvious that he was frustrated).” he stated that none of his employees were available to make fixes at the moment, I asked if I could bring it back the following week, he suggested Monday.
