Excellent experience. When meeting them, I instantly felt that I was in good hands. I first went elsewhere and received an incorrect diagnosis. MacVitie diagnosed correctly what was wrong with my air conditioner. I called them after reading all positive reviews. In comparison to other quotes, they had a more reasonable price for the job. I had gone to my dealership prior and walked out when they said that just diagnosing my air conditioning would cost more than 3 times the cost of a diagnosis at MacVitie. I also called another favorably reviewed auto repair shop, but their diagnostic fee was higher and they also did not call me back. MacVitie was honest, professional, personable, knowledgeable, accurate and reasonably-priced. They changed the condenser. My AC had been blowing hot air and now it works great.
