Got my Oxford White 2014 Mustang GT not too long ago here. The associates were super friendly, helpful, and understanding. I've been loving the car since. Small services needed but it's just a Mustang thing. 5 stars for that extra view of their GT500 and classic inventory!
So impressed with Steve in service, it was a Friday afternoon, we had a Ford stuck on a transporter, we went to, and called our local Ford Dealer in Fairfield, they were no help, they could not get to it for a week ( reminder it was stuck on a transport truck). I call Napa Ford, they said to get it in, the transporter drove over to Napa, reprogrammed the key, it took less then an hour. The transporter was able to continue you with his deliveries Thank you Steve, I will be using Napa Ford from now on!
I took my car in for a recall issue, and the team there found more issues. They offered to fix those problems and when it came down to making the payment, they worked with me and showed me a program that is helping make these affordable payments. In the end I'm really appreciative of the team at Napa Ford.
