Take your Ford business out of Napa County...I wanted to give Napa Ford the benefit of the doubt but after they took advantage of my brother a few months ago, I will not stay silent. My brother went to purchase a vehicle in March; first time buyer and ultimately purchased a pre-owned vehicle. Upon his purchase and him not knowing better, they pushed a GPS/anti-theft tracker that they said was "REQUIRED BY THE DEALERSHIP" and he would need to pay $2,000 to install, after my brother refused since he could not afford it, they told him they would lower the price to $1,000. So with the pressure and no knowledge, he agreed. After some issues with the car that the dealership DID NOT make transparent, and making the salesman DRIVE the car to see the issues with it and asking WHY my brother NEEDED to pay $1,000 for an anti-theft tracker, THE SALESMAN ADMITTED TO US THAT that management pushes their salesman to make buyers purchase something that IS NOT REQUIRED to have installed on the car. Oh

I took my car in for a recall issue, and the team there found more issues. They offered to fix those problems and when it came down to making the payment, they worked with me and showed me a program that is helping make these affordable payments. In the end I'm really appreciative of the team at Napa Ford.

First I was rescheduled from my original appointment of 4:30pm because “they don’t schedule that late” and they didn’t know how that happened. I was there 30 minutes early, mind you. Upon entering my vehicle after getting it serviced, I found oily fingerprints all over my passenger seat as if someone ate something greasy in my car and wiped their hand on the seat. The same seat was also completely reclined to the point it was resting on the back seat, did someone take a nap in there? Paper floor mats were not used while in my car because I found two dirty boot marks on the driver side floor mat. I was upset because I had just paid for my car to get washed inside and out and now I had to go get it re-washed due to oil on the seats and boot marks on my floor, and why did I find the passenger seat reclined all the way down?
