Big O Tires

I went to the shop on a Friday asking for a tire rotation. They told me they were understaffed so they wouldn’t be able to get me in until Saturday. Totally fine, I understand. Came in Saturday to drop off the car. I made the mistake of not checking all the paperwork before signing. They call me an hour later saying that they are finishing up the oil change and are going to replace the cabin filter but won’t do the rotation because their technicians believe I need new tires. (Another shop later told me I easily have more than 10,000 miles left on the tires) So they refused to do the work I asked for, did some extra work that I didn’t ask for, tried to sell me tires I did not need, and the worst part, they did not finish changing the cabin filter and left the filter on the floor of my car along with everything that was in my glove box. I will not be doing any further business here and I HIGHLY recommend you don’t either.

Manager Eric and his excellent staff are always pleasant and helpful to the customers. My husband and I have been going to the Napa Location for over 20 years and never have had a problem. We always recommend this location to friends and family.

Big O was very helpful and did an excellent job servicing all 3 of our vehicles. They checked over each vehicle thoroughly and let us know any issues. I would highly recommend them.
