Hanlees Napa Subaru Service

I was surprised by the amount of confusion among employees during my visit, my scheduled 6 month service. The only bothersome item was the TPCM light that came on when I started the car. When I was told my car was ready, I couldn’t find it though I looked all over the lot. Then I realized I had been given someone else’s keys. I returned them, but no one could find my keys until the green card on my rear view mirror revealed their location. Then I was charged for an oil change, even though I have the comprehensive service package. This error was corrected, and my car was finally brought to me. When I got in, however, the TPCM light still came on. Two employees worked for several more minutes, and that problem was resolved. My supposedly hour and a half visit lasted over three hours. On the plus side everyone was polite and apologized for the delay as well as the mix-ups.
