Service was professional & quick. Needed a new battery & they tested to make sure it was just the battery (not an alternator or starter). Focus is now auto service, not parts.
Pep Boys have always been typically a cool place to shop and minor repairs to my vehicle but sept 2nd 2023 had an appointment 8am arrived at about 0745 the guy immediately told me they opened at 8am on the dot I said ok but i noticed he started letting people in before 8am that wasn't cool if that were the case why not let me in and wait I would have been 1st in line now I'm behind those that were let in before 8am treat everyone right !!!
Amazing service from Louis. Very friendly and happy to help and answer any of my questions I had. Definitely needs a raise ????. I will personally be coming back soon for new tires.
