Triple zeros for this shop. I would not go back to this shop if my life depended on it. I went here just to get an alternator. I get my car back power steering pump supposedly goes out never had a problem with it before ever. I go back get that done now all of a sudden my air conditioner goes out tonight when I get it out this shop. I will never ever go to this shop again. All his reviews must be from relatives. This is the worst shop in the IE. BEWARE!!!!

Great service excellent prices

I called in first to see if they could take my car in same day and get it fixed, but they told me no, and that they would be able to work on it the next day because they were all booked up. So then I call again and then this guy just blocks my number and won’t answer any of my calls after. So I had to use a different phone to call in, and who ever works there finally picked up the phone. Then I asked if I can make an appointment for the next day so I won’t have to be waiting, and they said no just bring it in before 8:30am, honestly you guys should have someone answering customer calls, and have appointments slots so people can book you guys and be more professional when speaking to someone because who ever I talked to today was really rude, even more disrespectful for blocking my phone number.
