This place was way busy and they couldn’t take 5 minutes to take a look at my tires. Les Schwab was my #1 go to until this encounter (quoted me a 2 hour wait time). I went next door to a competitor and it was night and day. They said “let’s take a look” pulled the screw out and sent me on my way. How easy would that have been for Les Schwab to do? Maybe they just need to hire more employees? Not impressed.
Great customer service every time and free popcorn while you wait yummy! And friendly staff.
Needed a battery and lucky for us they had 1 for our car in stock. Popped it in and we were in and out fairly quick. Very nice people- always a pleasant experience going there.
