Staff was very friendly and helpful. Explain things in layman terms so I could understand. However when I had to return the following Monday, I scheduled a 7:30am appt for right when they opened and no one was there to open the store until 8:05am. This seemed very unprofessional and unreliable. If you say your store opens at a certain time it should be open. Otherwise great service
The staff at Meineke were professional and courteous in helping me resolve issues with my car, and mediating with the warrantee company. I appreciate Mike’s patience with my many questions. They replaced my headlight housing on my 1999 Dodge 1500 took them awhile but they got it done & weren't afraid to take the job
