I've been going here for about 10 years. I did an yelp review back in the day, but failed to do one here. William is a very good and honest motorcycle technician. Consistently courteous and frank, he is good about telling me what's going on and when to expect my bike back. There is no upsell, and no expanding of the scope of work (unless something is truly found). And on a recent service, somehow I overpaid. I got a call and email from William to advise me that a credit was waiting for me on my next visit, which he applied without me asking. This should be par for the course, but is in fact exceptional. This place was highly recommended by other riders and Im happy I took their advise. William Explained everything he needed to do to my bike before he worked on it and he got me back on the road quick.

Will is the best! I was new to Ducati maintenance, and asked how i could save some money on a belt and valve check on my new to me Hypermotard. He suggested I bring the bike in with as many parts removed as possible to save on labor. I did this with the hyper, a 749, and multistrada and got pretty good at taking them apart before bringing them in for service. On one occasion, while putting the bike back together after a belt change, I forgot to 'click' the spark plug wire back onto the plug and it popped off and got caught in the belt and jumped several teeth. The piston contacted the valves and my motor was done, I was devastated. I brought the hyper back to Nichols and he confirmed the piston, head, and valves were toast. Will said he could source replacement parts and that he felt so bad for me that he would not charge me for labor and would do it on his own time. I was astounded!! This is a private shop specializing in Ducatis! He replaced the cylinder, piston, head, and valves. Re
