The out of the way location will require some up front planning if waiting for your car to be serviced is not an option. I was also initially a little concerned as this is a small business and was unsure whether my car would get the appropriate attention. This turned out not to be the case and have never had any issues that needed a second visit to resolve. Pricing from memory is far more competitive than going to a dealer (it has been a while since I have visited one) and I feel less likely to be taken advantage of. Appearances can be quite deceiving. The business clearly does not focus on the decor, but that just ensures a lower cost to me in the end.
They know what they're doing. Brought my 2013 BRZ in for the 105K service. Sandy went through what's needed, matched what the manual said. John test drove the car to make sure. All done within the estimated $ and time.
