Envision Toyota Service Center

I had a scheduled service appointment at Envision Toyota at 10:45 AM and arrived 10 minutes early. As I peered through the glass wall, I saw that 6+ service managers were just engaged in idle conversation. After 15 minutes, a service manager stepped out to attend to the car in the line closest to the door, even though I had arrived first. When I picked up my car at 2:30 PM, we went over the recommendations. Since my last service, I was advised to have the car air filter and cabin filter replaced, but I hadn't. This service only mentioned the fuel filter which was about $250.00. I also noticed that my car wasn't washed, even though I had called twice to confirm the offer of a free car wash on Wednesdays. When I asked the service manager, he said he hadn't been informed. He asked if I could wait another 45 minutes, so I agreed. They basically sprayed the car and brought it back. This company always fights for me to get the best deal. I always know I’m going to be treated well there.

Dealership is not in touch with reality. Feds have rates at 7% if the planets align and the Red Sea parts but you charge a $15k markup on a truck already overpriced at $70k? 15k is my mortgage for a year! I would have got the TRD Pro today had this markup not existed but I want one, I don't need one. No barometer to the current economic status. They'll sell to a high risk that will default. 15k plus immediate depreciation driving off the lot and you're underwater minimum 20-25k. I'll let someone else be that fool. Not me.
