I've been to a few mechanics including 3-4 dealership service departments, and he blew them out of the water with his thoroughness, knowledge, fair pricing, and friendliness. I would recommend this business to anyone. Sako is one of the most trustworthy mechanics I know and actually looks out for customers. He helped me find a durable car and I have not had any major problems with it since. Service is always quick.

I had the 60k maintenance service done at this shop last September, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Despite asking the staff about the condition of my brake pads, they assured me that everything looked good. However, just a few months later, my car's ABS light came on, and I took it to Firestone. There, I found out that one of my speed sensors was burnt out, and all four brake discs needed to be replaced. It was clear that A1 Auto Repair didn't even lift my car up to check my brakes, and I'm left wondering where my money went. I definitely wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone and suggest finding another place for your maintenance and auto repair needs.
