The poster (Azurae Aldrete) who posted the bad review for Bob's Automotive has posted a fraudulent review. I know this because 1) It was Memorial Day and Bob's Shop wasn't even open and 2) They came to my shop (West Coast Smog) which is next door to Bob's, and yes we were closed and we do not have air for customers to use. This person was directed to another shop in our same complex that was open for business and they never even tried to ask them for air. I also have surveillance (both audio and video) footage of this incident to show how these 2 individuals have lied about what actually happened that day. BTW Bob's Auto has done many repairs to my vehicles over the years and I only wish every auto repair shop took pride in their work as Bob's does. Thanks to Bob and the crew!

Had some squeaking brakes and since we will be headed over some mountain passes, we have Bob a call. He got us in same day and we received quick professional service. We highly recommend Bob's Automotive.

I have taken my cars to Bob"s several times over te years. Rafael is a master mechanic and can fix anything. He also put a new catalytic converter on for me. Very reasonably priced also. I highly recommend them. Ask for Rafael.
