I popped in unannounced(wrong place) for an oil change. They were great! Fit me in. I was out of there in 30 minutes. I would recommend them anytime!

Very honest here. A tire shop stripped one of my lug nuts and could not remove 1 time. I took it to Bob's and they were able to get it off for me. They quoted me 50 dollars but when I went to pick up, they only charged $35. That's pretty darn honest... I agreed to 50. :)

I took my car to bobs automotive to fix a head gasket and I have never received such BAD SERVICE in my life. When we first came in they said it would cost one price and then the next day they said it would cost double. We could tell they were trying to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US so we decided to take the car to a different mechanic. When we went to pick up the car they were nothing but RUDE to us. They demanded that we paid them for their time (a ridiculous high price). we paid the bill and were ready to get out of there but they couldn't find the key to our car. THEY LOST THE KEY TO OUR CAR! They told us they would call us when they find it. We were shocked at the amount of unprofessionalism they were showing and asked for our money back until they found the key to our car and they refused! The owner of the business used the words "sorry, that's just how it is". NEVER BRING YOUR CAR TO BOBS AUTOMOTIVE! They are rude, unprofessional thieves!
