R & C Auto Repair and Service

I took my Volkswagen Tiguan to the shop for an engine check light and after two diagnostics, they found the problem to be a faulty fuel pump. They returned the car after doing the necessary repairs but when I drove the car the next day, the car stalled on me in the middle of the road which was a very scary experience. But to their credit, they took back the car and ensured car was safe to drive. A month later, the car is driving smoothly. I wish I was given more feedback during the initial repairs and they had fully ensured the car was safe to drive when they returned it to me the first time. Overall, they were very accommodating as they did not charge for the additional repairs.

These guys are honest and do great work. I’m so glad I found the shop even after they moved from Pleasanton to Livermore it’s still worth the trip to let them do service on my car.

Worth the trip from Pleasanton to their new Livermore location. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest team (front & back of shop). They always take the time to explain potential repairs/ maintenance as to why, which items are most pressing, and cost options.
