My Mother is a 77 yrs old and speaks limited English. When she has car issues she always go to Alan & Sons. Victoria is always providing her best services. She is very friendly to my mom. She explains the problem and cost to my mom patiently as always. I'm so glad I can have a peace of mind when every time my mom goes there. We are so lucky to have a trusted shop like Alan & Sons in our local area.
Went and took a ford focus into their shop they performed .unessary work and did not fix the problem. Cost 900.00 dollars then took it to another.they fixed it.do not recommend to anyone. Looks like small claims court for me.
