Got my cats stolen. Called this shop to simply ask for pricing and availability because I didn’t have time to wait around for someone to schedule me in. The owner told me the price was a couple of thousand dollars to fix. He then asked what other prices did other people give me and I told him “$1200” he said that pricing was astronomical and told me to go there so I did. As a business owner. The way he talked to me on the phone felt really unprofessional. When I simply asked for pricing and availability. I would recommend anyone who’s looking for exhaust or muffler work to not call here and call around first.

Great work great service fair prices

I’ve gone to Steven for the past 4 or 5 years for minor things. First when I needed to pass smog on a cheap car and was surprised that I could afford his rates. Now I just bring a car by, he gets to it quickly, work is well done and I don’t worry about the quote because I know it’s super reasonable. Especially for German cars where european auto shops often charge several times his rate. Now I go to him for the “would like to haves” instead of just the “need to haves”. 10/10 Service: Exhaust
