Hanlon Auto Service Center

I was recently referred to Hanlon from a friend who has been getting automotive service there for many years and multiple brands of cars. I was looking for a repair shop that is knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced. So far that seems to be the case with Hanlon. I brought my 2006 GMC Yukon Denali in because the power passenger front seat was stuck in the full forward position. I was afraid it would be an expensive repair due to the cost of power control units, etc. They traced the problem back to a loose ground wire, and the seat motor was quickly operational again. Hanlon could easily have sold me expensive and unnecessay replacement parts. I appreciate having a trustworthy repair shop to rely on.

I have never been so truly appreciative of Hanlon. I went to another mechanic in which had my vehicle there for over a week without diagnosing or treating my vehicle. I decided to get my car towed to Hanlon (per referral from a friend) and Ken informed me that they would be more than willing to check the vehicle for me. Upon arrival, Travis took care of me by asking the problems I was facing with my vehicle and assured me that he would find the issue and have a game plan later this week. I receive a phone call from Travis later the same day explaining what problems were occurring with my vehicle and that my car was ready to go. I have truly never seen a more hard working team of mechanics with the mindset of helping their customers in the most efficient way. It looks like our family has found a new mechanic! I highly recommend them!
