R & N Complete Auto Repair

Having a car with a "sealed,lifetime transmission",I listened to the dealer and neglected to have it serviced. Many shops,including this dealer just didn't want to do it. I want to keep my car as long as possible, as it runs well....I decided to get it serviced. I was reassured that the car would probably be ok,so I had it done. Now it shifts like new and I think I've found a new "go-to" shop for the 4 cars that I own! They are very good at explaining what they are doing,are very patient and courteous. R&N auto has reasonable prices. What more can you ask for. Appointments are a must! Service: General repairs & maintenance

As a woman, it's hard to find a mechanic that is honest. The repairs to my car were relayed as "a lot of work," by other mechanics. It could've been a means of justifying their excessive fees. R&N Complete was honest and their fees were more than reasonable. Customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

R & N has been servicing my car for almost five years and I wish I would've have found them sooner. Rafa and his sons are honest, reliable, friendly and very clear when explaining the the issues/problems with my car. They patiently explain the problem and show me damaged parts when replaced. The prices are very fair but most of all is the attention to the customer that is most impressive. They always do a follow-up to make sure my car is running properly after the repairs. I don't know much about cars so I need a mechanic that I can fully trust....and I trust the R & N team 100%. Thank you Rafa, Kelvin and Mark ...You guys are awesome!
