Amazing customer service, they are honest, efficient and friendly! They provided quick service at a great price! Affordable options tailored to my budget and they were really hospitable when i came back with my toddler son! The tire i ordered came so fast and they made sure to even check other issues i had with my struts and TPMS light ! Firestone quoted ridiculous pricing and i always felt screwed over . Here i felt like family and they genuinely cared !! Ill never go anywhere else for my tire and auto work needs!
Bait and switch. They quoted me $20/per wheel to swap tires on a set of tires and rims that I brought in. Then they started putting them on the car and I asked them why they didn't balance them. They said it would cost an extra $15/wheel to balance. There are plenty of places that will sell you 4 used tires with mount and balance for $200 or less.
