Very professional and courteous! Highly recommended! Driving through SA morning, thought having brake problem. Jake got us into the shop quickly. He and his team thoroughly diagnosed the vehicle and found no problems. Refused to charge us for his time and efforts. We're thankful for business like this one!
This is my go to place for all my car issues Dependable friendly and honest technicians I know they will solve the issue and not over charge me and the work will be of grey quality so glad they are in my neighbourhood ! Jake and Johnny are great !!! They represent the company very very well!
I went to Ramona Tire on Jackson Street in Indio thinking I had to buy all 4 tires, get new front brakes and new rotors. The 2 guys that helped me were very honest telling me I only needed 2 front tires and my rotors were good so I didn't have to get new rotors or all 4 tires, only 2. Thanks to thier honestly I saved a lot of money. I had the best experience and I really appreciative their honesty. I will take my car back to Ramona Tire to get regular oil changes and any maintenance my car needs. I highly recommend them. Thank you RAMONA TIRE!
