Beachside auto did an incredible job on multiple issues I had with my car. Their process is very transparent and is one of the main reasons I choose them. When performing diagnostics they provide detailed explanations along with pictures which makes it very easy to assess if problems require immediate attention and are valid. In addition to this the staff is the best I’ve worked with. When my car battery died unexpectedly they sent a technician to jump my car prior to bringing it in. Once in the shop they communicated the time of completion estimates regularly so I could plan my day out to pick the car back up. I had a wonderful experience here. Came in because my skid plate was hanging off. I called later in the day and they still made time for me to come in and do a quick safety assessment of my car. I always get nervous taking my car in for repairs since my dad used to take care of everything, but the staff here was so welcoming and friendly, and explained everything to me thoroughly. I’m glad i found this place and will definitely be going back in if I need anything else done in the future!
