Fix Auto Hermosa Beach at Jim & Jacks

Repairs are not performed on site. My car was taken to El Segundo to be repaired. It was the indicated as 10 hours of labor in the estimate but it took them over 3 weeks to complete and when my car was returned, it had been ransacked. The glove compartment was turned out into the passenger seat and the center console had been emptied. Several items are missing including small toys my kids had left in the car, personal items, and a small bag of about $30 in change I used to pay parking meters. Would not recommend. I had a 3 mile an hour bumper accident. They gave me an estimate for $1900. They told me at the time that once they got the bumper off they might find additional damage, fair enough. However when I picked up the truck, I saw they had billed my insurance company over $6000. I’m not a body shop expert but this seems excessive to me, and even if it’s not, it means they are horrible at doing estimates. Service: Body & Trim
