Ramona Tire

Went here for an alignment and was refused service because my car was too low, which was understandable. I asked how high the car needed to be because I could raise the hight. He pointed at an SUV and said "That high." Then I asked for a recommendation of where to go and instead of a helpful answer I was told that he doesn't go anywhere else and to call around.

I’ve came here before a few times they were usually quick and friendly. Today my experience was not like that. I had people eating from a fruit truck prior to helping me and it took forever 45mins to get a tire patched. I could have gone to O tires down the road on esplanade and I could have gotten all 4 tires patched and rotated in the same amount of time. My experience was horrible and the guy checking me was the least companionate he seemed like I was a bother and like he was doing me a favor. I’m paying for the service. I will make sure to tell my friends and family not to go there anymore and I myself will not be returning. I had to put one star to allow me to submit this but it doesn’t even deserve that.

I started using Ramona Tires when I moved to Hemet in 2017. They use to be fairly priced. However for my last few visits I have notice staff has changed quite a bit and also the pricing has sky rocketed. I get coupons in mail but when I try to redeem them they say it doesn't apply to my car.
