I just had the worst experience with this shop. I made a reservation online to rent a U-Haul they gave me a truck that was not on my reservation. I drive off for about maybe 4-five minutes to the nearest gas station located on that same street. while I’m pumping gas about $4 in all the gas started leaking everywhere mind you before I left the tire shop they told me that the truck had no gas and that I can just go ahead and bring it back with no gas which was weird to me Not only that but I tried to call them immediately when I noticed this and they didn’t answer I called about 10-15 they never answered. so I get a ride back the shop hours say they close at 7pm today by 5:50p.m. the shop was completely closed i think they knew something was wrong…this completely ruined moving plans and had to go elsewhere and re-rent. I called roadside now its been almost 1 hr and haven’t heard back from anyone sooo upset this is ridiculous. Service: Local hauling
