They were able to fit me in towards the end of the day without an appointment to add Freon to my daughters car. I’ve been going there for years with always a good experience. Thanks for always having good, honest service.

I had a nail in my tire and they were able to repair it in approximately 1 hour which isn't bad considering it was mid-afternoon on a Saturday and I did not have an appointment. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was not attended right away even though there was an attendant at the counter and me being the only customer in the waiting area. When another attendant did come out he wasn't very helpful and almost rude. Bottom line, my tire was repaired but I wouldn't go back.

the place where they installed my tire was excellent the sales associate was fast and prompt on my issue but communication with the warehouse and the associate and the tire availability of a specific tire was very poor. I felt associates to have the information on providing me a tire no matter where I could get it. I felt I was just floating with three tires from pep boys and left in the dark on finding my fourth tire. the availability about finding a specific tire especially when you have a car that has staggering sizes as different in the front to the back matching you up with a full complete set with tread being the same from the front and the back inside the side. I find it just difficult with just not pep boys with all the tire companies online on matching my Mercedes SLK with the proper matching set being the same front to back beside to side and having a good price which most of the deals are by three and get the fourth one free which is not available for a staggering set or buy
