Diamond Valley Honda Service Department

I always have a great experience at Honda when I take my car in for service. I would like for them to be a little bit more careful when they are checking my filters, my cabin filter was checked, and the arm that supports the glove compartment was damaged. Outside of that I’m always pleased with the service. Service: Oil change

I have been a customer of DVH for 20+ years. I've had my same vehicle since 2017. On Saturday, April 8th, I had my first experience with them attempting to strong arm me too pay for other service than what I had made an appointment for. To make matters worse, one of my tires was separating and they were not going to tell me until I asked. They chose to put my life in danger by not telling me. I've had phone calls before when they find something seriously wrong and advise you to fix it. Nothing, no phone call, no video, the service technician didn't even have the courtesy of reviewing the mechanics report with me. This is by far the worst customer service for a service center/ dealership. Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Came here because my A/C wasn’t working properly . Nancy was helpful and nice ! She made sure to keep me updated and got me in and out when I was at the dealer . Also thanks to the other service advisor , whose name I didn’t get (tall, glasses , blue eyes) I definitely recommend Diamond Valley !
