If I could give this shop zero stars I would. I made appointments for 10 am for a simple tire balance and rotation with alignment. The manager David promised 2 hours. 6 hours later the car was not ready nor no phone call. I just drove there to pick up my car and they still had not worked on my car. When I asked they said they were too busy and that's how it's done at this location and I could complain to corporate if I wished. If you have nothing better do with your time have these clowns service your car. I have will continue to be wheelworks customer but avoid the Hayward location like the plague.

Brilliantly excellent work done on my car . Professionally wheel alignment done after installing new parts on my Toyota Sienna. I’m fully satisfied by their best service done so far in hayward. Thankyou .

Very flexible front desk guy Dave, I picked out some tires the day of, and then looked the brand up and decided I wanted something else. I was able to call them before they got to my car and picked some better tires. They had a decent tire selection, not a huge selection but the brands they had are good, as long as you stick to name brands and don't cheap out, if you just need tires and don't mind the cheap stuff they have those too. The guys there did a good job but it does appears they are understaffed, so they take a while to get things done. I'd call and schedule an appointment ahead of time if possible.
