When it comes to selling tires and wheels I find it good. They have a decent kind of choices. BUT THE AFTER SALE IS WAY DIFFERENT AND DIFFICULT. I bought 4 TIRES AND WHEELS and that includes alignment and balance (good deal) BUT! they asked me to come back in 2 days for alignment because it was already 6pm although they still have 30mins to do it because they closed at 6:30pm. So i went back after 2 days and waited 2 HOURS in their slow time just to tell me that I HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN because they’re packed busy and their guy is not coming to work. So i just wasted my one day work for NOTHING.
Great Shop! Just go in talk to Alex, He will get you suited and booted. I looked around the bay area for the best price. Came to find it here at the BEST SHOP IN THE EAST BAY. DON'T STOP NO WHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
This is my go to spot whenever I have issues with my car! Fast legit service I can rely on! I always leave a happy customer! They always take good care of me here!
